Ascend Markets provides structured educational mentorship programs designed to help individuals develop disciplined trading knowledge, market understanding, and risk management skills. Because program enrollment grants participants access to proprietary educational materials, mentorship sessions, and community resources, the following refund policy governs all purchases made through Ascend Markets.
Ascend Markets offers a 30-day conditional learning guarantee for eligible participants.
Participants may request a refund within 30 days of their enrollment date only if they can reasonably demonstrate that they actively participated in the program but were unable to obtain meaningful educational value from the mentorship and resources provided.
This guarantee is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of Ascend Markets’ educational ecosystem.
To be eligible for a refund request, participants must demonstrate the following:
Refund requests must be submitted before accessing a substantial portion of the program materials or resources.
Ascend Markets may review attendance records, engagement within mentorship sessions, and usage of educational resources when evaluating refund eligibility.
Participants requesting a refund must submit a formal refund request within the 30-day guarantee period.
Following the request, the participant will be required to participate in a review conversation with an Ascend Markets representative to explain their experience within the program.

Refund requests may be denied in the following situations:
Trading performance, profitability, or market outcomes are not valid grounds for refund requests, as Ascend Markets operates strictly as an educational platform.
Enrollment in an Ascend Markets program provides participants with access to proprietary educational materials, mentorship sessions, and community resources.
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to proprietary materials, refunds may not be available once substantial portions of program resources have been accessed or consumed.
All educational materials, mentorship sessions, recordings, documents, and community resources provided within Ascend Markets are proprietary intellectual property.
In the event that a refund request is submitted, Ascend Markets reserves the right to immediately suspend or revoke access to all program materials, mentorship sessions, community platforms, and educational resources associated with the participant’s account until the refund review process is completed.
If a refund is approved, all program access will be permanently revoked, and the participant will no longer be permitted to access Ascend Markets educational materials, mentorship sessions, or community resources.
Unauthorized downloading, distribution, recording, or sharing of Ascend Markets materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Upon successful enrollment and the granting of access to mentorship sessions, program materials, or community resources, the educational service provided by Ascend Markets is considered delivered.
Refund requests are therefore evaluated strictly under the conditions described in this policy.
If a refund request is approved after the review process, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 7–14 business days.
Ascend Markets reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be reflected on the website.
