All materials provided through Ascend Markets, including mentorship sessions, recordings, educational resources, documents, frameworks, and community discussions, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ascend Markets.

These materials are developed specifically for the Ascend educational ecosystem and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Ownership of Content

All content made available through the Ascend Markets website, mentorship programs, and community platforms remains the property of Ascend Markets.

This includes but is not limited to:

• mentorship session recordings
• educational documents and resources
• proprietary frameworks and strategies
• presentations and course materials
• written guides and trading models
• community discussions and shared insights

Access to these materials is granted solely for personal educational use by the enrolled participant.

Prohibited Use

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

• recording mentorship sessions without permission
• downloading or distributing program materials for public use
• sharing Ascend Markets content outside the official ecosystem
• reselling, redistributing, or reproducing educational materials
• uploading Ascend materials to social media, websites, or messaging platforms

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of Ascend Markets materials may result in immediate termination of program access without refund.

Violation and Enforcement

If a participant is found to have shared, leaked, or distributed Ascend Markets content without authorization, Ascend Markets reserves the right to:

• permanently terminate the participant’s access to all programs
• restrict future access to Ascend services
• request removal of unauthorized distributed materials
• pursue further action where necessary to protect intellectual property

Limited License

Enrollment in an Ascend Markets program grants participants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access educational materials for personal learning purposes only.

This license does not grant any ownership rights or permission to redistribute the materials in any form.
